Afternoon Care

Extended Day: 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.

We are pleased to offer Extended Day for the 2024-2025 school year. This program is responsive to the varying tempo of the afternoon, and thus offers a broad range of activities including a supervised study hall, indoor/outdoor play, and the opportunity to join clubs, and participate in sports programs. Extended Day will be offered from 3:30 – 6 p.m. Monday – Friday for ages 3 and up. You may sign up for 3 days or less per week or 4-5 days per week. The pricing for the school year is as follows:

3 days or less: $3,525
4-5 days: $5,225

As a note, if you are signing up for 3-4 days of Extended Day, the days per week chosen during sign-up will be the days students will be expected. Families have the option of requesting a change to student’s days per week once per trimester, at least two weeks prior via email. This is the only time per year that changes will be accepted if space is available to accommodate.

Daily Drop-in rate

Should there be a need for occasional drop-in for Extended Day, the rate is $65 per day. Parents are asked to call ahead to be sure space is available.

Students who are not picked up after school by 3:45 p.m. will automatically be checked into Extended Day and families will be charged the applicable drop-in rate.

Late Pick-up Penalty

Students picked up after 6:00 p.m. will be charged $1.00 for each minute after 6:00 p.m.

after school activities

We are excited to offer after-school activities for students. Students do not need to be enrolled in Extended Day to participate. After school activities are offered in the fall, winter, and spring. Please check our weekly newsletter Week at a Glance throughout the year for more information on after school programs.

All programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met. Students are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pick-up policy

Parents are expected to pick up students promptly at the conclusion of class. Students who are not picked up promptly will be charged for Extended Day at $1.00 for each minute the parent or caregiver is late.
