Blackbaud tuition management

Green Hedges partners with Blackbaud Tuition Management, which provides tuition management services for private schools. Services for parents include online account access, tuition and fees invoicing, payment processing, and a Parent Help Center for account questions and making payments.

Extended Day is offered from 3:30 – 6 p.m. Monday – Friday for ages 3 and up. You may sign up using the link below for 3 days or less per week or 4-5 days per week.

Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form

This includes immunization records as well as a physical exam by your child’s doctor. The form needs to be completed by your child’s physician.

Proof of Identity

The Virginia Department of Social Services requires parents to provide Proof of Identity and current/previous full time Day Care Programs with dates attended for all students. Please review the list of approved forms of ID and bring the physical copy to the Admissions office by August 1. (Required only once, for initial enrollment)

Medication Authorization Form (MAT Form)

Required if your child will need to take any medication during school hours.

Required in order to apply topical skin products (e.g., Sunscreen or Bug Spray).
