Green Hedges School seeks a Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO) to serve as a key strategic partner to the Head of School and Board of Trustees, leading all financial and operational functions of the institution. Green Hedges School seeks an experienced elementary educator to teach Grade 4 beginning in fall 2026. The Lower School serves approximately 70 students in Grades 1–5, with one section per grade of 12–18 students. The Grade 4 homeroom teacher leads language arts, co-teaches math, and teaches social studies, while students also work with special-subject teachers in French, science, art, music, social-emotional learning, and physical education. Reporting to the Assistant Head of School, the teacher implements a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with the school’s Mission, Philosophy, Core Values, and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, while fostering an engaging, student-centered classroom and continuing to grow through ongoing professional learning
Green Hedges School seeks a staff member to assist in running the after-school program for Two-Year-Old Montessori. This staff member would provide students with thoughtful, engaging, age-appropriate experiences for our two-year-old children, with a focus on their physical and emotional safety and well-being. Duties will be coordinated and assigned by the Assistant Head of School in collaboration with the Director of Auxiliary Programs/Extended Day and the Directress of the Two-Year-Old Montessori Program. The staff member will establish and maintain a warm and welcoming environment in which young children feel secure and supported, implement age-appropriate play-based activities that encourage social-emotional and early-learning skills, and serve as a resource for parents and other caregivers with respect to children’s daily experiences and growth in the program.
